Once we receive an application for funding, the application is entered into our system for a multi-stage review and approval process. Throughout the life of the Fund, it is anticipated that we will make approximately 10-15 investments. As a result, the review process is extremely rigorous. For those investments that reach the final approval stages, the process typically takes between 120 and 150 days start to finish.
